What is a "shift" in a package?

Every time you staff a worker for a shift through Giglo it counts as one shift from your package quota. Starter includes up to 10 per month, Professional up to 25, and Enterprise is unlimited.

What if I use up my quota?

You can upgrade to a larger package at any time and pay only the difference — no surprise per-shift charge. Or you can wait for the renewal.

If a worker doesn't show, does it count?

No. A shift that wasn't actually staffed isn't counted. Before each shift the worker gets automatic reminders (a day, two hours and an hour before), and a no-show lowers their reliability score.

How does the worker get paid?

You pay the worker directly — Bit, cash or transfer, however you agree. Giglo is the marketplace that connects you with workers and handles matching, scheduling and optional ID verification; it does not hold or transfer wages.

Who is the worker's official employer?

The worker is an independent contractor engaged directly by you. Giglo is a marketplace connecting businesses and workers — it is not the employer, a staffing agency or a payroll provider, and is not a party to the work agreement.

The app, dashboard and chat are fully available in Hebrew, Arabic (RTL) and English. The support team is available in Hebrew and English.
